One of my biggest regrets in life is quitting Boy Scouts in tenth grade. I loved Boy Scouts – hiking, campfires, whittling, swimming. Who knows why I wanted to quit. All of the sudden it just seemed nerdy. Maybe it was, but as you get older you realize that the outside is where you really want to be. I want to gaze into the fire and I want the fire to talk back. Listen to the wind. Your jacket is keeping you warm.
